Funny how quickly it racks up and how long it takes to pay it down - especially when you do not have a lot of disposable income! It is a difficult but excellent goal to have - especially considering our consumer-driven culture. How easily we can be convinced that we "need" something - the messages are everywhere and we really don't even realize we're being effected by them. You have to look at your money as yours and decide carefully who you will give it to. Is what they're selling worth parting with your money? Some times it is, but mostly it isn't. Like someone said before here, you must ask do I need it or do I just want it?
